I had a little problem with the item that showed up in my order, so I emailed SportStop.com about it. They got back to me quickly and took care of everything without turning it into a big hassle. I really appreciated how "easy" they made the whole thing. I’d definitely order from them again...

Yeah, everything in my order was right, i didn’t run into any issues at all. Straightforward experience.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, so the site works 👍, but it felt kind of clunky to use. Some pages took a while to load, and the filters were a little confusing at first 😅. Not terrible, just not the smoothest experience

I ordered from sportstop.com the gear itself was totally fine. I was happy opening everything up because the items looked good and matched what I expected.

Then I remembered the shipping cost, and that kind of took the excitement down a notch. It felt a bit high for the size of my order, and suddenly what seemed like a decent deal didn’t feel quite as great.

That said, the order did arrive on time, so I can’t really call it a bad experience. I’d probably shop there again, but I really wish the shipping fees were lower or at least more obvious before checkout.
